Hot stamping / How to HOT STAMP using GOLDPRESS 4+?

How to HOT STAMP on covers and O.Channels?

You can easily compose the text using O·FONT sets.

To prepare the GOLDPRESS 4+ machine to work you have to:
  • set the temperature
  • set the time of printing
  • install the frame with the text under the stamping head
Put the cover or channel under the frame.
Take a suitable piece of hot stamping foil or use the pre-cut one and put the hot stamping foil between the frame and the cover or channel (colour side of the foil should face you)
Only one move of the handle is enough to complete the process of hot stamping with GOLDPRESS 4+ machine.

The result is fantastic!

How to HOT STAMP on CDcovers?

Mount the side guide in the proper holes of CD COVER BASE GP (depending on the type of CDcover you use).

Insert the protective pad into CDcover and put the CDcover with it next to the side guide. Make sure the front side of the cover faces you, so its spine is located on the left. Using the scale choose a proper position of the inscription to be hot stamped.

Insert the CDcover Base together with CDcover under the stamping head and start hot stamping the same way as with standard covers or channels.

The result - as always - is impressive!

How to HOT STAMP on CDcover spines?

Mount the spine guide in C holes of CDcover Base GP.
Put the spine of CDcover on the spine guide - make sure the plastic part of the cover is located directly next to the screw and the cover is next to the side guide. Set the area of hot stamping by tightening or loosing the screw.
Then, insert the CDcover Base together with CDcover under the stamping head. Start hot stamping the same way as with standard covers or channels.
  It looks perfectly!

Important! For hot stamping on CDcover spine use 3,2mm fonts and O.MiniFrame 3L3,2 only!
